Members’ meetings
The club belongs to its members. Once a year we meet to hear the reports, adopt the accounts, set the fees and elect the committee — and every financial member has a vote. Notice, agenda and papers are posted here; minutes go up after each meeting.

How the AGM works
- Notice. At least 14 days before the meeting, by email to all members and on this page.
- Who can vote. Financial members (fees paid) aged 18 and over. One member, one vote; no proxies unless the constitution allows them.
- Nominations. Any financial member can stand for a committee role. Send a nomination (your name, the role, a seconder) to the secretary at least 7 days before the meeting — or from the floor if the role is uncontested.
- General business. Want something discussed? Email it to the secretary 7 days ahead so it makes the agenda.
- Quorum. The number set by the constitution must be present for decisions to count — so please come, or RSVP so we know.
