A club that plays for each other.
Pacific City Sports Club is an Upper North Shore cricket club competing in NCU weekend competitions — seven one-day and seven two-day fixtures a season, 12pm starts on turf.
We’re a community first: training partners, lift-sharers, and mates who turn up for each other well beyond the boundary rope.
MERIT ONLY
Performance-based selection, no bias — the best available XI plays, and the process is the same for everyone.
TRANSPARENT
Selection calls, fees and club finances in the open. You’ll always know where you stand and where money goes.

Everything before your first net.
How does selection work?
Purely on performance — nets, form and availability. No favourites, no politics. Selectors publish the reasoning, so you always know what to work on to move up.
I haven’t played since school — am I good enough?
Yes. We field four turf sides across the year — NCU in summer, three SMCA divisions in winter — and pick teams so everyone gets a real game. Come to a Thursday net and we’ll find your level.
Do I need my own gear?
No. The club has loaner bats, pads, gloves and helmets. Bring whites if you have them; we’ll sort the rest.
What does a season cost?
Club fees cover NCU registration, match balls, ground hire and your cap. Payment plans are no drama — talk to the treasurer.
When are games and training?
Saturday games start 12pm, grounds between Ryde and Willoughby. Training is Thursday 6pm at our home nets.
